Healing with Seth material workshop

Healing with Seth material workshop Oct. 19-21, 2012

Oct. 19-21, 2012

Objectives:

In modern medicine there have been constant advances, however, there are always incurable diseases, for example, the cancers have been the number one enemy of human beings in the 21th century. Dr. Tien-Sheng Hsu is a medical doctor trained by orthodox western medicine, and after immersing himself in the Seth material for more than 20 years, and applying it on his life and clinic cases, he has found out that the diseases come from the blocked spiritual energy. Therefore he realized that the most advanced technology still will not be able to solve the problem triggered by the spirit and mind.

Since then, he has combined the Seth philosophy and western medicine treatment theories together as his spiritual prescriptions. Dr. Hsu believes “your beliefs create all the events that happen in your life, including diseases”. Diseases are the manifestation of the distortion of inner energy and conflicts, so, to “treat” a disease should start from restoring the balance between body, mind and spirit, and this can be achieved through constant learning and self-awareness and enlightenment.

Healing practice for people living with cancer

Change the Past from the Power in the Present Moment (tips: 1 to 4)

  1. Tell yourself that power if in the present moment. From the present moment you can change the past, present and future.
  2. Do breathing visualization for 20 miniutes, focusing all your attention and sensors on your breathing, feeling the peacefulness of your heart in between breathing in and breathing out, gradually slowing down the breathing until there is a calm force generated inside your heart.
  3. In your mind, be reminiscent of the most painful thing in your life, returning to the scene at that most painful moment, but in your mind you see a new ending, for example, a misunderstanding resolved, a business not filed, the marriage saved by attending counseling, seeing an old ending replaced by a new possibility and that cancer also did not occur.
  4. Take the action at the present moment: If you are experiencing a broken marriage, look for help from a marriage counselor or talk to the former partner, knowing that if you do something different, then you may not be divorced. With this kind of understanding and awareness, you enable yourself to improve the present relationship.

Look inward for self awareness

1. Re-establish the Intimate Touch of Real Feeling
Return to your inner self and touch your inner feelings: “How is my mood today?” “How do I feel at this moment?” “Am I angry or happy with this issue?” Re-feel the feelings that were avoided before.

2. Accept the Self-worth of Existence
Self-worth is not built on the basis of outside standards such as more money earned, doing a good job, appreciated by the boss or family, or playing the right role. Self-worth is to go back to the inner feelings and re-accept the self.

I have lots of feelings on this. Under the present educational system in Taiwan, a child’s worth is established on the basis of how well he behaves, meets parents’ standards or not, or matches social expectations or not. However, no child should be put in these circumstances.

Release fear

Release fear:

Admit to yourself that you get weak and fearful sometimes, so reminisce or write down all the past events that bring fearful experiences or made you afraid of something terrible that might happen in the future: for instance, the time when you were afraid of parents getting divorced, or your witnessed parents quarreling or physically fighting, a period or time when you were afraid of being looked down on because of poor school work or a job performance done not well enough.

Were you ever betrayed by a love one, or made a loved one disappointed? Were you ever worried of having no money, or getting laid off, of having had a fight with someone? Keep this journal going until you are feeling strong weakness and helplessness, even shaking with fear.

Release anger, rage

Release anger, rage:

Reminisce or write down all events since childhood that made you angry: for example, remember a time when you might have been laughed at for an ugly figure, for a poor family background, or ridiculed for not doing well at school. Were you ever judged as being weird, looked down on by family or friends, blamed or misunderstood, betrayed or sold out by trusted people? Have you ever felt anger at yourself for not achieving a life goal, anger at unfairness and injustice apparent in government, society and the surrounding environment, anger at yourself for not making enough money?
Keep this journal going until anger, even rage rise up from within, then hold your fist together tightly and scream out loud.
